General FAQs

Escorted tours in Spain offer a delightful, sociable way to explore the country. Upon arrival at the first campsite, you receive a comprehensive travel pack for a thorough understanding of the itinerary. These tours are perfect for connecting with fellow travellers who share similar interests, especially for those new to motorhoming. As an experienced motorhomer with over a decade of full-time exploration across Europe and North Africa, I bring a wealth of firsthand knowledge to enhance your trip.

Certainly! Our tours cater to all motorhome enthusiasts, attracting individuals for various reasons. Whether it’s the excitement of venturing abroad for the first time or the desire to connect socially with like-minded travellers, there’s something for everyone on our escorted tours.

You must have your driving licence, passport, V5C certificate, and insurance documents, including the Vehicle Insurance ‘Green Card’. Additionally, it’s essential to carry safety items such as a warning triangle or roof light, reflective safety vests, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and beam deflectors. Any additional items required for specific countries will be specified in the tour information.

It’s your responsibility to ensure you possess the appropriate documentation for each country visited during the tour.

Obviously, our tours are pet friendly. I know this means a lot to some of you as my dog Gordi has travelled with me for many years. There may be some excursions and meals where your pet is unable to join you and we cannot guarantee a refund for this part of the tour if you are unable to attend.

If you encounter any of the situations mentioned above, we’ll assist you to the best of our ability. However, the tour will continue following the planned itinerary. We’ll maintain contact with you if you’re unable to stay on the tour, aiming to arrange a possible reunion at a later date.

Please note, we’re unable to provide refunds for any missed segments of the tour. It’s your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient vehicle breakdown cover and health insurance.
